Where do you deliver and in how much time?

Our orders are shipped from our workshop

production site located in Germany (Deutsche Qualität oblige :D)

Here are our estimated delivery times from the day of purchase:

· France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany: 3 to 5 business days.

· Italy, Canada, United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Hungary, Latvia, Romania: 4 to 6 business days.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Our products are shipped with the following suppliers: DHL, GLS, GEL, UPS, and Hermes.

Our system will automatically choose the shipping provider for each order, based on the product, size, and quantity.

We regret that it is not possible for you to choose the supplier yourself.

How to track my order?

Each shipment includes a link with a tracking number that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Once your order is ready to leave our workshop, you will receive a confirmation email

with the tracking details and the expected delivery date provided by the carrier.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 7 business days following the placement of your

order, please send an email to contact@orvanastudio.com and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

What should I do if I am not at home during the delivery?

If you are not at home during the delivery, the carrier will leave a message and then arrange a delivery on the next business day or leave the package at a parcel depot in your city.

If you know in advance that you will not be at home that day, you can call the carrier directly and arrange for a different delivery date.

What materials are used?

Our canvas prints are made from high-quality polyester fabric specially designed with an HP-certified coating, making it ideal for latex printing. We use high-quality spruce wood for the frame.

What is the print quality?

Our designs are printed on high-quality canvas with special UV-resistant inks that will prevent their original colors from fading over time. Solvent-free, our prints are completely safe for children and people with allergies.

What are your guarantees?

In rare cases, if the delivery of your order is damaged or you notice a defect, notify us as soon as you receive your order and we will replace it immediately! To start, send us an email at contact@orvanastudio.com. Please provide photos that clearly show the problem with the painting, as well as photos of the front and back.

How to handle customization errors or manufacturing defects?

If you made a mistake in customizing your order, please contact us as soon as possible by providing your order number and describing the necessary correction. We will do our best to correct your order before it is produced (usually within 24 hours after placing the order).

It is important to note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been customized and sent into production. These products have been specifically manufactured to meet your very precise aesthetic requirements, and they cannot be resold or reused. Therefore, if you made a customization error when placing the order, it will not be possible to benefit from the right of withdrawal. It is thus important to carefully check all customization information before submitting your order to avoid errors. We remind you that you are fully responsible for the customization of your order and that any error made during this step is not the responsibility of Orvana Studio.

It is important to emphasize that if a product has a manufacturing defect, we commit to replacing or fully refunding the affected product. If you notice a manufacturing defect on your product, please contact us as soon as possible by providing your order number and describing the defect. We will ask you to send us photos of the defective product to assess the situation. If the defect is confirmed, we will offer you either a corrected replacement or a full refund of your order. We are committed to resolving any product quality issues quickly and efficiently for your satisfaction.
